These levers have recently been updated to improve material resistance when spreading disc brake calipers and removing hard tires, and structural changes have been made to distribute the load on the rim during tire mounting to reduce the risk of rim damage on lightweight wheels. Our steel core tire levers have a hardened CRV tool steel core to prevent bending and breaking. And if tire removal is a particularly difficult task, each lever has a specially shaped spoke attachment that allows you to achieve maximum leverage and safely remove the tire. Add to this an additional polymer tab to properly spread hydraulic disc brake pads and you have a true 2-in-1 companion for the road or on the trail. With our steel core tire levers, inferior tire removal tools are a thing of the past.
