No more leaky welds, air extractors or high amounts of fluids inside the device. Especially with Vakuumiergäten with 1-fold weld it may happen occasionally that the weld is not clean by an increased proportion of liquid to the goods and it therefore comes to unwanted air extractors. In addition, ideal for use as bone protection, so that the bag is not damaged.

From the 30 cm wide roll each down, cut a strip 2 cm
Insert this strip directly above below the weld area
It is important that the entire width of the bag is covered
The fluid accumulates * Now when vacuuming in strips
The weld is clean and the bag remains sealed
Sufficient eg. For up to 600 bags of width 30 cm

The Lava Liquid Stop © consists of a special absorbent fleece (pulp liner), which is embedded by lamination & die cutting between two PE-film layers. This no adhesion occurs at Vakuumiergut. The stamped side is used for fast and effective on-exception of residual liquid which accumulates in the inner-liner. The absorbency is up to 800ml / m +/- 15%

Of course, the Lava Liquid Stop © is fully approved for food use (tested according to standard EN 1186-15 and Directive 97/48 IEG processed food regulations (SQTS). The manufacturer has the product protected by patents and also provides evidence of Unbedenklichkeits-declaration according to §35 method LMBG and DIN EN standards of IFU GmbH.

* Despite Lava Liquid Stop © can not excessively high amounts of liquid, or even liquids are vacuumed bag. When vacuuming liquids Lava recommends to use a container or frozen liquids.
